Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Aviator Connect platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including pilots, airlines, recruiters, and any other visitors or users.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• For pilots: hold or be pursuing valid aviation credentials
• For airlines: be an authorized representative of the organization

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to share your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Your User Content is accurate and not misleading

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

7.1 Subscription Plans

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

7.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

7.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

7.4 Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for any billing concerns or refund requests.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Aviator Connect GmbH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service
• Create legal liability for Aviator Connect
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

For EU consumers: You may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
